7. Safe sleeve shaft is provided at the tooth roller drive end. The breaker can stop in case of abnormality, such as overload to protect the equipment.

Principle structure of toothed single roll crusher
Toothed single roll crusher is consisted of rotary roller with large tooth and adjustable crushing plate. The material is smashed, pressed or rumpled in the single-tooth roll breaker. When the materials enter into the breaking cavity from top of the hopper, the material is brought into the breaking cavity between the tooth roller and crushing plate by the rotary roller for breaking. The crushed materials will be discharged by the self-gravity from the discharging port. The clearance between the crushing plate and the tooth roller can be adjusted to control the particle size of the crushed materials.
