Luo mine AG Mill | semi autogenous grinding machine typical products: complete cooperation with Fuller company to make 1992 Ф 5.5 x 8.5 m the overflow type ball mill; With the diameter of 5.03×6.4m export ball mill completed in 1993; In 2001, the diameter of 4.27×6.1m export large mine mill was developed. In 2004, we cooperated with Metso to manufacture the largest semi-autogenous mill with Φ8.53×3.96. In August 2005, it was contracted by Jinchuan Group with the diameter of 5.5×8.5m overflow ball mill. In May 2006, the company contracted a Φ5.49×8.8m overflow ball mill for Anshan Steel Group. In 2006, it cooperated with Meizuo to manufacture Kunsteel Dahongshan autogenous mill. In July 2006 for Ling Steel Group contracted Φ8.0 ×2.8 m automill.
2. Luo mine AG Mill | semi autogenous of ore grinding mill typical cases:
(1) China National Gold Corporation signed an order contract with our company for mining mill equipment in Beijing to design and manufacture the largest dual-motor driven semi-autogenous mill and dual-motor driven overflow ball mill with the largest diameter in China, among which the designed total power of the ball mill is currently the largest in the world. The equipment will be used in China National Gold Corporation's Unugutushan copper and molybdenum mine project (hereinafter referred to as Wushan Project).
According to the contract, China National Gold Group will purchase a double motor driven semi-autogenous mill with a diameter of 11 meters ×5.4 meters and a double motor driven overflow type ball mill with a diameter of 7.9 meters ×13.6 meters from Luo Mine. The semi-autogenous mill is driven by double motors, with a total power of 2×6343 kW, and its designed diameter is the largest in China. The total designed power of the ball mill is 2×8500 kW. Under the dual-motor drive mode, its design diameter is the largest in China and the total designed power is the largest in the world. The Wushan Project of China National Gold Group adopts the new equipment ordered this time. The designed daily processing capacity of single series is 35,000 tons, and the maximum daily processing capacity can reach 42,000 tons, which will break the domestic record again.
(2) In the technical transformation project of expanding mining and Beneficiation production scale of Dexing Copper Mine, the newly built 22,500 t/d semi-self-grinding mill of Dashan Concentrator, the semi-self-grinding mill and the ball mill used in the ball grinding system have been completed by Luo Mine. The technical transformation project of expanding mining, production and beneficiation scale of Dexing Copper Mine undertaken by Luo Mine is based on the existing mining and beneficiation capacity of 100,000 t/d. An additional capacity of 30,000t /d was added. Among them, Fujiawu mining area expanded from 15,000 t/d to 45,000 t/d, Dashan concentrator increased from 60,000 t/d to 90,000 t/d. In addition to the existing system of 60,000t /d increased by 0.7500t /d, a new semi-autogenous grinding and ball grinding system of 22,500 t/d was built in Dashan Concentrator. The system uses a Φ10.37×5.19m semi-autogenous mill (double motor drive) and a Φ7.32×10.68m ball mill (double motor drive). The motor power is 2×5586kW.
The above Φ10.37m×5.19m semi-autogenous mill and Φ7.32m×10.68m ball mill are the largest equipment produced in China and will be used soon.
