Heavy duty mine hoisting hydraulic station
The working principle of the mine hoist hydraulic station
Mine hoist hydraulic station USES the programmable controller (PLC) control, according to the movement of the hydraulic pressure station process programming.
1. Normal working brake: after start the motor of the hydraulic pressure station is the normal working state, the braking force by adjusting the size of the electro-hydraulic proportional pressure relief valve to adjust the size of the current system.
2. Borehole safety braking: it is not in place, in the ascending vessel namely wellhead container in place before closing signal, AC closed contact signal, to meet the requirements of braking deceleration, adopting secondary braking.
3. Wellhead safety braking: it's already closed in ascending vessel in position signal, AC and closed contact signal, then USES the emergency braking condition, in order to prevent the malignant accident.
4. Line: in the state of the rope, the switch to turn on the switch adjustable brake handle and push, open the adjustable cord clutch.And then transfer to line state, pressure oil into the tube B, open the fixed hoist drum brake, hoist can drive running on the rope.After the rope to the clutch closed state, close to the rope clutch.
5. The electromagnetic valve fault detection: set in each solenoid valve in hydraulic station valve core detection sensor, when the solenoid valve malfunction signal failure, implementation of safety braking, and through the PLC alarm or display.
6. The residual voltage protection: the residual voltage protection signals parking needs and work together, if the stop signal is closed, residual pressure is higher than the set pressure value at the same time, implement the safety brake.Temperature alarm, differential pressure alarm: when the oil temperature is too high or oil filter pressure difference is too high, the temperature alarm signal or closed differential pressure alarm signal, and through the PLC alarm or display.
