Turn-over dryer uses hot air as drying medium and continuously contacts with wet material to remove water vaporization and evaporation in wet material, so as to achieve drying purpose. The machine occupies less area and has large paralysis area. Turn-over dryer is widely used for sheets with fast water loss rate, poor fluidity, poor permeability and high drying temperature. The effect of granular, granular and sectional strip materials is better, especially in the fields of granular chemical products, Chinese herbal slices, tea, coconut, organic pigments and so on.

Scope of application: Drying materials of certain humidity or granularity in mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and other departments
(1) The head active sprocket tracts the chain, which drives the turning plate, and the turning plate carries the material circulating and moving.
(2) Material first falls into the upper flip plate through the tail top inlet port, and moves from the tail to the nose. During the moving process, it contacts with hot air to remove moisture. When it moves close to the sprocket of the nose, the flip plate turns down and the material is discharged into the lower flip plate. When the material is unloaded, the turning plate rotates around the sprocket to the lower layer, receives the material from the upper layer and returns to the tail of the machine. After the material is unloaded into the lower winding, the passive sprocket at the tail of the machine returns to the upper layer and continues to circulate. The material discharged into the lower group continues to circulate, move and dry, and finally discharges into the tail hopper.
(3) The heat source of the heat source drying system can be either coal-based or waste heat from factories and mines or blast furnace gas. It is only necessary to change the technology and data of the hot blast stove and increase the spray head and accessories. Our factory designs utilization methods according to user conditions.
(4) The air in the hot air system is heated by the heating furnace. After temperature adjustment, the air is fed into the bottom air duct of the furnace seat by the fan and then into the distributor and branch air duct by the regulating valve. The distributor holes on the branch air duct are blown into the kiln. After full contact with the materials, the wet steam carries water and discharges from the top exhaust air outlet of the kiln body.

According to the characteristics of material outlet moisture and material, the hot air is evenly distributed by upper air or interlayer air distribution, which can effectively prevent the ball from cracking and bursting due to rapid heating, thus improving the quality of the ball and reducing the rate of breakage.
