Features of Raw Vertical  Mill:
Our vertical raw mill has various advantages when compared with other similar machines. Detailed information will be given in the following.
1. High grinding efficiency: advanced grinding principles makes it possible to save as much as 20~30% power consumption when compared with the ball mill. With the increasing of moisture content, it can save more and more electricity.
2. Strong drying capacity: it can make use of the hot waste gases from the kiln to do drying, and it is capable of drying and grinding raw materials with moisture content as much as 15%.
3. Small in size, and simple process flow: it has integrated crushing, drying, grinding, separating and conveying into one body.
4. Low noises and little dust: there is no direct contact between the grinding rollers and grinding disc. So metallic impact is avoided and its noises is 20~25 decibels lower when compared with ball mill. Totally closed negative pressure operation has employed by this vertical raw mill, so there is no dust during the operation, which can help to keep the production environment clean.
5. Low wear rate and little metallic pollution: its metal wear is only 5~10g/t.
6. With stable chemical composition and even particle size, its products are quite easy to calcine.

fault handling scheme

Due to the bad working conditions in the process of cement vertical mill, the common problems such as abrasion of vertical grinding roller, lining plate of grinding disc, abrasion of bearing chamber of vertical grinding roller and leakage of reducer often occur.Vertical slow roll body and wear-resisting lining in use process, once appear, fit clearance, will make between ontology and liner wear, combined with the hot air and constantly scour for cement particles to cooperate, and lead to groove, the impact to collide between ontology and lining board, serious when fracture, lining crack and even damage to the machine, especially the damage of reducer,Cause a vicious incident.Once this kind of problem occurs, the general repair method is difficult to solve, the replacement cost is high;The assembly requirements of vertical grinding roller bearings are strict, and the bearings are generally assembled by cooling them in dry ice.Once there is a gap between the bearing and the bearing room, it will affect the normal operation of the bearing, lead to bearing fever, serious cases will lead to bearing burning phenomenon;Leakage of reducer in vertical mill not only affects the appearance of the machine, but also wastes oil and causes great trouble to the maintenance of equipment.[1]

The above problems are generally difficult to repair with repair welding process, cast iron welding is not good and easy to cause more serious secondary damage to the parts, replacement cost is high and long.Western countries mostly use polymer composite materials to solve this kind of problems, among which the more widely used is the Meijia Wah series.Its material characteristic of the compressive strength and good plastic deformation and strong machining performance, in the repair of such problem reflects the characteristics of fast, convenient, durable, save a lot of valuable production downtime for the enterprise, and makes enterprises learned a new maintenance technology, in the similar problems again, enterprise can independently solve in the first time.
