(2) Operation process
1. Send the plate between the upper and lower rollers.
2. Adjust the plate so that the edge of the plate is parallel to the lower roller. According to the accuracy requirements, the error should not exceed 1-2mm.
3. Roll the template, operate the manual valve handle, press down with the upper roll, and observe the pressure in the process of rolling.
4. Start the main motor, start winding, working on both sides of the winding machine shall not be anyone, in order to prevent the winding workpiece out of the accident, so that the motor anyway turn, after several times of pressure anyway turn, complete the winding.
5. Material removal: turn off the main motor, start the hydraulic circuit, make the upper roll rise to the removal position, press the manual valve handle, pull down the live support, fine tune the press bar downward, take out the winding workpiece, and then restore to the original position.
