2. High-pressure roller mill technology and equipment for mining

The roller press is composed of the shaft system, the main frame, the feeding device, the transmission system, the hydraulic system, the lubrication system, the cooling system, the detection system and the electrical control system.
3.Cement grinding station
Cement grinding stations generally adopt a pre-grinding system composed of roller presses, tube mills and new high-efficiency powder separators. Other systems can also be designed according to the user's requirements.
Clinker, gypsum, limestone and other materials are respectively proportioned by their respective quantitative feeders at the bottom of the batching silo, and then sent to the stable material small silo by the belt conveyor and bucket elevator. They are then sent to the roller press by the pneumatic gate valve. The fine materials coming out of the roller press are sent to the tube mill for grinding by the belt conveyor. The materials that are not well rolled are returned to the roller press for further processing. The ground materials are sent into the O-Sepa new type of high-efficiency classifier through the air conveying chute and bucket elevator. The separated coarse powder is returned to the tube mill through the air conveying chute for re-grinding. The finished products selected by the classifier are collected by the high-efficiency bag dust collector and sent to the cement silo by the air conveying chute and bucket elevator.
The exhaust gas discharged from the mill and the exhaust gas emitted from other dust-generating points are respectively used as the primary air and secondary air of the classifier. After being separated by the classifier, it enters the pulse bag dust collector in the air box. The purified exhaust gas after treatment is directly discharged into the atmosphere by the centrifugal fan.
A bypass three-way is installed in front of the roller press, and a metal detector is set on the belt conveyor. When iron blocks are detected in the material, the pneumatic three-way chute will act, allowing the material flow to enter the mill directly without passing through the roller press, thus protecting the roller press from damage. In addition, when the roller press is under maintenance, the materials can be directly fed into the mill through this bypass to prevent the entire system from being shut down due to maintenance.
