Economic Environmentally Friendly And Yield-Increasing Mineral Processing Ball Mill

 

The ore dressing ball mill is the main equipment in mineral processing, used for separating and screening minerals to improve the quality of selected ores.

 

Working principle

Materials enter the cylinder through the feed end. When the cylinder rotates, the grinding body is lifted to a certain height under the action of inertia, centrifugal force, and friction, then falls to crush the materials. After coarse grinding in the first chamber, the materials enter the second chamber for further grinding, and finally discharge through the discharge grate, completing the grinding operation.

 

Application scope

Suitable for powder grinding and processing in industries such as mining, lime, chemical, cement, construction, and fly ash. According to different discharge methods, it can be divided into lattice type and overflow type, respectively suitable for coarse grinding and fine grinding operations.

 

The technical features are as follows:
  1. The tube mill adopts various drive modes including edge single drive, central drive, and multi-point meshing edge drive; the drive systems include asynchronous motor + reducer + pinion + gear and synchronous motor + air clutch + pinion + gear.
  2. It generally uses a supporting method with static and dynamic pressure bearings at both ends, employing fully enclosed self-aligning 1200-line contact 'rocking type' bearings, and can also use single or double sliding shoe static and dynamic pressure supporting methods or full static pressure support.
  3. Large open gears are designed according to American AGMA standards, equipped with reliable gear covers and automatic glycerin spray lubrication devices.
  4. The cylinder is a key component of the mill. Finite element analysis is conducted on it by using a computer to ensure its reliability in use.
  5. Large and medium-sized mills are equipped with slow drive devices.
  6. Large and medium-sized mills are equipped with high and low-pressure lubrication stations.
  7. The control and protection system uses PLC control.
