Technical requirements
1) The pretreatment before surface quenching is normalizing treatment, and the hardness should be HB210~250; the mechanical performance indicators are strength limit Rb690MPa, yield limit Rs490MPa, elongation D511%, cross-sectional shrinkage W25%, and impact toughness value Ak30J; the gear teeth are induction hardened, and the hardness is HRC50~55; the effective hardened layer depth is 3~5mm.
2) The whole is subjected to ultrasonic flaw detection, and the internal quality should meet the secondary requirements specified in GB7233-87 standard; the gear teeth and transition fillets are subjected to magnetic particle flaw detection, and the quality should meet the secondary requirements specified in GB/T9444-88 standard.
3) The large gear ring is composed of two half gear rings connected by high-strength bolts to form an integral gear ring, and the joint surface must be at the center of the tooth bottom.
4) Chamfer the edges of the tooth profile and along the tooth width.

Product Introduction
