Core Working Process
The main motor drives the reducer, which in turn drives the main shaft and multi-layer turntable to rotate synchronously. Dozens of ring rollers, driven by pins, perform a composite motion of rolling and rotation within the grinding ring raceway, laying a solid foundation for efficient grinding.
Large raw materials are crushed into small particles by a hammer crusher and then transported to the storage bin by a hoist; an electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly feeds the material to the center of the upper turntable. The material is dispersed radially by centrifugal force, falling into the grinding ring raceway, where it is powerfully compressed, rolled, and ground by the ring rollers. After three layers of progressive grinding, the small particles undergo thousands of grinding and kneading processes, ultimately transforming into ultra-fine powder.
A high-pressure centrifugal fan draws outside air into the machine, carrying the coarse powder from the three layers of grinding into the classifier. The vortex generated by the rotating turbine of the classifier causes coarse particles to fall back for regrinding, while qualified fine powder is carried by the airflow into the cyclone collector and discharged through the lower discharge valve as the finished product; the exhaust gas containing a small amount of dust is deeply purified by a pulse dust collector and then discharged through the fan and silencer to meet emission standards.
