Working Principle
The cylinder is driven to rotate by a peripheral large gear. The material in the cylinder is subjected to the impact of the grinding media steel balls, as well as the extrusion and grinding between the steel balls and between the steel balls and the cylinder liner, fully exposing fresh surfaces and achieving uniform mixing; the processed material is discharged through the discharge port and enters the next production process, which is efficient, continuous, and stable throughout the entire process.

The grinding mill is a core equipment in the pelletizing process, designed specifically for processing materials with a moisture content of 8% to 13%. Through the impact and grinding action of the grinding media, it achieves thorough mixing and refinement of the material, maximizing the surface area of the material particles.
Compared with traditional processes, using this equipment can significantly shorten the pelletizing process and greatly save energy consumption; at the same time, it effectively reduces the amount of bentonite added, improves the strength of green pellets and the quality of agglomerates, increases metal recovery rate, and has the dual benefits of improving workshop working conditions and environmental indicators. It has been widely promoted and applied in the pelletizing production process.
