The JT(K)YB-*×*XP series hydraulic explosion-proof hoisting machine and winch is a high-end explosion-proof hoisting equipment integrating mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. It is specifically designed for hazardous environments containing explosive gases such as methane-air mixtures and coal dust, and can safely and efficiently complete the hoisting and lowering of personnel and materials. It is a core equipment choice for high-risk scenarios such as mines.
This series of products offers two standard series: single-drum and double-drum, covering 18 standard specifications. Non-standard specifications can also be customized according to user needs to adapt to different working conditions. Currently, the product specifications cover a diameter range of 1.6 meters to 3 meters, fully meeting the hoisting needs of various mines.
In terms of transmission system design, the product uses an explosion-proof motor to directly drive a high-pressure variable pump, which drives multiple quantitative and variable hydraulic motors through a closed hydraulic circuit. The power is then transmitted through a planetary gear reducer to drive the main shaft and drum rotation, accurately adapting to various working conditions in hoisting operations and achieving stable transmission.

Applicable Working Conditions and Environment
The main unit is suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from 5℃ to 40℃; the electrical control system is suitable for altitudes not exceeding 1500 meters (special customization is available for altitudes above 1500 meters). In environments with a relative humidity of ≤95% (25℃), it must have the ability to be waterproof and prevent liquid from entering the electrical components. It should also avoid severe vibration, corrosive gases, and other harsh conditions. In addition, the use of the equipment must comply with other requirements specified in the instruction manuals of the respective equipment manufacturers.
