Vibrating Feeders Suitable For The Hydropower Industry Construction Aggregates
The GZT series bar-type vibrating feeder is designed and manufactured based on advanced foreign technology, utilizing a vibrating motor as the core excitation source. It is a specialized supporting equipment for the primary crushing stage. The equipment is mainly used at the front end of primary crushers, enabling uniform and continuous feeding of large materials. With its bar-type screen structure, it can efficiently screen out soil, fines, and other fine impurities while feeding, providing a pre-screening function and effectively improving the processing efficiency and capacity of subsequent crushing equipment.
This equipment is highly adaptable and is the preferred feeding equipment for primary crushing operations in hydropower projects, construction aggregate processing, and metal ore mining. It is also widely used in various industries such as mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, light industry, chemical industry, power generation, and grain processing. It can accurately transport various materials in lump, granular, and powder forms to subsequent crushing and screening devices according to the requirements of uniform, continuous, or quantitative conveying.
Working Principle:
The equipment uses two vibrating motors of the same specifications as dual excitation sources. The high-speed rotation of the eccentric blocks at both ends of the motors generates a continuous excitation force, providing stable vibration power to the equipment. The feeding trough vibrates in a reciprocating linear motion along an inclined direction to complete the material conveying operation. When the acceleration component of the trough vibration is greater than the component of gravitational acceleration in the direction perpendicular to the trough, the material in the trough is thrown upwards, jumping forward along a parabolic trajectory. With each vibration cycle of the trough, the material is thrown forward once. Through continuous jumping motion synchronized with the vibration frequency of the trough, uniform and continuous feeding of materials is achieved.
