Flexible Drum Configurations
Available in integrated, two-piece and four-piece drum designs, the equipment can be tailored to meet the specific lifting requirements of different working scenarios, delivering strong compatibility and versatility.
Optimized Rope Groove Design
The drum rope grooves are available in multiple options: precision-machined spiral grooves, broken line grooves, or spiral grooves pressed on wooden/plastic liners. Equipped with steel rope transition devices between grooves, it effectively reduces rope wear and extends the service life of steel cables.
High-Efficiency & Reliable Braking System
Adopting rear-mounted cylinder disc brakes with electro-hydraulic joint control, the hoist is paired with two types of hydraulic stations: medium-low pressure and medium-high pressure.
Medium-low pressure hydraulic stations support two-stage braking modes: electrical delay constant braking force and hydraulic delay constant braking force.
Medium-high pressure hydraulic stations feature two-stage braking options: constant deceleration and constant braking torque.
Both types of hydraulic stations can be optionally equipped with pressure sensors and pressure relays for real-time pressure monitoring and intelligent control.
Stable Spindle-Drum Connection
The spindle and drum are connected via a large-torque planar friction structure, which ensures high torque transmission efficiency, stable operation, and easy maintenance, effectively avoiding the risks of deformation and loosening under heavy-load conditions.
Comprehensive Safety Monitoring & Protection
The signal monitoring device is composed of photoelectric encoders, synchros and low-speed tachogenerators. It provides full-range protection functions including overspeed alarm, overwinding prevention, depth indicator failure detection, brake shoe wear warning and spring fatigue monitoring, ensuring safe operation of the equipment at all times.
Humanized Console Design
The console comes in integrated and split-type models, both equipped with integrated signal lights, high-reliability electrical instruments and new-type integrated control handles. It features a digital depth indicator and a dual-mode depth indication system combining digital and lead screw-type displays. Dedicated platforms for industrial TV, computer and printer are reserved for intelligent management needs.
Durable Head Sheave Device
The head sheave adopts integrated or two-piece welded structure, supported by rolling bearings for smooth rotation. The wheel rim is fitted with PVC or nylon friction liners, which reduce friction resistance and noise, while enhancing wear resistance and operational stability.
Optional Intelligent Control System
The hoist can be optionally configured with a mine hoist network control and diagnostic system, enabling remote monitoring, fault diagnosis and data analysis. This helps to realize predictive maintenance, reduce downtime and improve overall operational efficiency.
