The apron feeder is a commonly used equipment in the industrial material conveying field, boasting multiple excellent performance characteristics and adapting to complex conveying working conditions across various industries. The core traction chain of the equipment adopts a long-pitch plate pin roller chain, and all components of the chain are made of high-quality alloy steel. Through scientific heat treatment processing, the wear resistance and tensile strength are significantly enhanced. It is not easy to be damaged during continuous operation, effectively extending the service life of the chain and the entire equipment while reducing later maintenance costs. Its trough body is manufactured using a stamping forming process, with transverse ribs added in the middle for reinforcement, endowing the trough body with excellent rigidity and greatly improving the load-bearing capacity, which can stably cope with the conveying load of various materials. The bottom plate of the trough body innovatively adopts an arc lap joint design, and the seamlessly fitted structure can fundamentally prevent material leakage, ensuring the tightness of the conveying process and the cleanliness of the site. The drive system is equipped with a variable-speed motor, and the operating speed can be flexibly adjusted according to actual production needs, enabling precise control of the conveying capacity, realizing efficient linkage with upstream and downstream equipment, and improving overall production efficiency. The equipment features extremely flexible layout forms; it can not only be arranged horizontally or inclined independently but also complete various combined layouts of horizontal and inclined configurations according to the production site layout and process requirements, demonstrating strong adaptability. In terms of conveying parameters, the maximum single-machine conveying length of the equipment can reach 60 meters, the maximum lifting height is 30 meters, the conveying inclination angle can be freely adjusted between 0-75 degrees, and it can withstand high-temperature materials up to 600°C, making it suitable for special conveying scenarios such as high temperature and large inclination angles. Meanwhile, the equipment is divided into three models: light-duty, medium-duty, and heavy-duty. It can be accurately selected according to different requirements such as material characteristics, conveying capacity, and working condition load, fully covering various light, medium, and heavy industrial conveying scenarios.
