1. Ore Grinding Mill- Ball Mill Types and Applicable Ores
According to the structural form, grinding process and application scenarios, our main three types of core ball mills are precisely adapted to different ore characteristics:
Grid Type Ball Mill: Suitable for metallic sulfide ores such as iron ore, copper ore, lead-zinc ore. Its forced discharge feature can quickly separate coarse-grained grinding media, making it ideal for ores requiring high grinding efficiency and relatively coarse finished particle size, especially for coarse grinding operations.
Overflow Type Ball Mill: Suitable for non-metallic ores such as limestone, talc, graphite, as well as precious metal ores like gold ore and silver ore that require fine grinding. Without a forced discharge structure, it can achieve fine grinding of ores to meet the needs of high-purity mineral extraction.
Horizontal Ball Mill: Suitable for high-hardness or high-density ores such as manganese ore, chromium ore, barite. It features a stable cylinder structure and large filling capacity of grinding media, enabling efficient grinding of high-hardness and high-value-added ores.
2. Ore Grinding Mill- Ball Mill Scope of Application
Our ball mills cover a full range of mining scenarios, with core application areas including:
(1)Metallic ore processing production lines: Grinding of various metallic ores including iron, copper, aluminum, gold, silver, manganese, chromium, etc.
(2)Non-metallic ore processing: Fine grinding of non-metallic ores such as limestone, talc, graphite, barite and quartz, suitable for raw material preparation in building materials, chemical, metallurgical and other industries.
3. Ore Grinding Mill- Ball Mill Product Advantages
(1)High efficiency and wear resistance, reducing loss: The cylinder is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel plate, lined with wear-resistant rubber or high-manganese steel material, and the service life is extended by more than 30% compared with ordinary equipment. The grinding media adopt high-chromium alloy material with high hardness and strong wear resistance, reducing equipment downtime and maintenance frequency, and lowering long-term operating costs.
(2)Energy saving and environmental protection: Equipped with a variable frequency speed control system, which can accurately adjust the cylinder speed according to ore grinding requirements, saving 15%-20% energy compared with traditional ball mills. The machine has excellent sealing performance, reducing dust overflow and noise pollution, meeting the strict environmental protection requirements of mining operations.
