1. Cement Plant Equipments | Full Product Introduction

The JZC tipping bucket drum mixer is a mainstream mobile drum-type concrete mixing Cement Plant Equipments, widely supporting mine infrastructure and small cement mixing stations. The equipment adopts an inclined cylindrical wear-resistant drum as the main mixing component, paired with an automatically liftable tipping bucket to complete loading of raw materials such as sand, stone and cement, as well as discharging finished concrete. The complete machine consists of four core assemblies: wear-resistant mixing drum, automatic feeding tipping bucket, power drive assembly and integrated operation control system.

It can be equipped with industrial electric motors or diesel engines as driving power, matched with gear transmission structure to drive the drum for continuous material tumbling and mixing. Based on the mature working principle of forward rotation for mixing and reverse rotation for discharging, it can fully blend various sand aggregates and cement slurry to produce evenly mixed concrete without caking. The bottom of the machine is fitted with solid moving tires and load-bearing support legs, enabling convenient short-distance transfer without large transportation equipment; a single operator can complete shifting and fixing operations. It is a cost-effective cement supporting mixing equipment for small and medium-sized mines and civil engineering projects.
