1. Basic Equipment Introduction | Cement Plant Equipments
This A2-510 tilted drum concrete mixer is available in three power versions: diesel type, electric type, and dual diesel-electric custom type. The model shown in the picture is a mobile diesel unit equipped with a diesel engine and wire rope automatic lifting hopper. The whole machine is composed of a cylindrical mixing drum and built-in mixing blades. The power unit drives the drum to rotate and tumble to realize uniform mixing of concrete, mortar and sand aggregate mixture. It is equipped with a four-wheel mobile trailer chassis and adopts automatic wire rope feeding and tilted drum discharging design, featuring flexible transfer and labor-saving operation. It is a dedicated mixing equipment for mining supporting projects and field infrastructure construction.
2. Division by Power & Structure | Cement Plant Equipments
(1)Diesel model with wire rope lifting hopper : Equipped with diesel engine and fully automatic wire rope feeding system, free from power supply restrictions, towable four wheels. Suitable for deep mountain mining areas and field construction sites without electricity.
(2)Electric model with wire rope lifting hopper: Identical appearance, drum specification and feeding structure as the diesel version. Power is replaced by 380V industrial motor and electric control box, no fuel consumption and lower running noise. Ideal for factory zones and urban construction sites with power supply.
(3)Custom dual diesel-electric model: Fitted with both diesel unit and electric driving system, allowing free switching between two power modes. One machine covers mountain construction without electricity and fixed mixing in plant areas, perfect for large mines with complex working conditions.
(4)Simple manual feeding model: No automatic wire rope lifting mechanism, materials are fed by manual tipping bucket with lower cost, suitable for sporadic construction with tiny engineering volume.
(5)Fixed electric mixer: Without mobile wheels, installed fixedly for long-term prefabrication processing stations.
