Overview: The ore concentrate is generally composed of concentrated tank, stands, gearings, lifting device, feeding devices, discharge devices, signal safety devices and other components. Ore concentrator is not simply depositing equipment, but a new type of sludge dewatering equipment with mud layer filtering characteristics. The main features of ore concentrate work is to add a certain amount of flocculant in the pulp to be concentrated to get flocculation from particles in slurry, speed up the pace of settlement, thus achieve the purpose of improving the concentrated efficiency.
Characteristics: Adding with flocculant to increase size of settled solid particles, so as to speed up the settlement; installed with tilt plates to reduce distance of settling particles, so as to increase settlement area; playing the role of filtrating, compression, and improved effectiveness of capacity of mud deposited thick layers-flocculation; equipped with full automatic control facilities.
