Purpose of high efficiency thickener
In wet dressing, the concentrate contains a lot of water and needs to be dehydrated. In order to increase the concentration of ore in the next section and improve the separation effect, it is suitable for the process flow to dehydrate and concentrate medium ore. The thickener is mainly used for dewatering and thickening in ore dressing operation.
The high efficiency concentrator produced by our company is suitable for the dewatering treatment of concentrate and tailings in concentrators, increasing 20-30% slurry to about 40-70%, which is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, coal, non-metallic dressing, environmental protection and other industries.
In fact, the high efficiency thickener is not a simple settling equipment, but a new dewatering equipment combined with the filtration characteristics of mud layer.
The characteristics of the high-efficiency thickener are as follows :(1) adding flocculant to increase the particle size of settling solid particles, thus accelerating the settling speed; (2) The inclined plate is installed to shorten the settlement distance and increase the settlement area; (3) Play the role of flocculation, filtration, compression and improvement of the treatment capacity of the thick phase layer deposited by mud; (4) Equipped with a complete automatic control facilities.
