• The filled type, zonal ventilation circular or square vertical cooler, the limestone temperature discharged from the cooler is 80℃ ambient temperature, which is convenient for transportation and storage, and can preheat the secondary air entering the kiln to over 700℃, reducing moving parts and special materials.

At the same time, the use of active lime in steelmaking can reduce various consumables and shorten the smelting time, etc. When used in steelmaking, it saves 41 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, and when used in industries such as alumina, it saves 25 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually.

A single production line with a daily output of 750 tons can save 5,198 tons of standard coal and 1.24 million kilowatt-hours of electricity every year. The technology of producing 1,000 tons of active lime per day has reached a relatively high level overall, and the system energy consumption has been reduced by 12-15%. The equipment is widely applied in industries such as steel, metallic magnesium, calcium carbide, alumina, and papermaking, effectively promoting the sustainable development of related industries.
