Vibrating Screen For Mining Wear-Resistant Steel Plate Multi-Layer Classification
Introduction
This is a filtering mechanical separation device used for slurry solids treatment. It consists of a screen and a vibrator. The screen size is indicated by mesh size, with mesh sizes below 50 considered coarse and 80 mesh and above considered fine. The vibrator is an eccentric wheel that rotates under the influence of a motor, causing the screen frame to vibrate. As the slurry flows onto the screen surface, coarser solid particles are retained and discharged from one end along the inclined surface. Finer solid particles, along with the slurry liquid, flow through the screen holes into the slurry pool.
Applications
This series is suitable for dehydrating, removing media, desludging, and grading various materials in coal, metallurgy, mineral processing, power generation, light industry, and sugar production. It offers high processing capacity and screening efficiency.
Working Principle
The sieve operates by continuously throwing the material upwards at an angle on the screen surface under the action of agitating forces. The material is loosened during the uplift, and the collision with the screen surface forces particles equal to or smaller than the screen openings to pass through, achieving dewatering, separation, or classification.
Self-synchronization principle: The vibrator of the B-type screen has no forced connection, and there are no gears between the two shafts. To ensure the screen vibrates along a straight path, the two shafts must operate in strict synchronization and in opposite directions. This is naturally achieved in a vibrating system like a twin-shaft screen.
Damper Working Principle: In both operating and parked states, the rubber block does not contact the base opening. It exerts symmetrical pressure on the screen box, maintaining a stable position and eliminating lateral vibration and torsion.
When the screen box vibrates during parked resonant vibration, the screen box amplitude exceeds the gap between the rubber block and the base opening. At this point, the vibration must overcome the dynamic friction between the rubber block and the screen box. Frictional damping dissipates some kinetic energy, limiting the resonant amplitude to within three times the operating amplitude. The damping force is adjusted using an adjustment screw.
