If the cylinder body is a large diameter ball, its impact force is larger, favorable for crushing large coal, but because of the large gap between the ball and the ball, the relative surface area is small, the extrusion and grinding effect is weakened, the output of the coal mill and coal fineness are unfavorable. Too many small diameter steel balls in the cylinder body and small impact force will reduce the output of the coal mill. At the same time, due to the relatively increased surface area of the steel balls, the wear of the steel balls will increase, and the power consumption of coal grinding will increase accordingly.
