Product Overview
Medium Temperature Filter Press Dryer is integrated mechanical filtration and thermal drying as one of the solid-liquid separation equipment, can be a one-time separation of the suspen- sion into ultra-low liquid content rate of the dry powder and clear liquid on the unit equipment, drying the heat carrier used for more than 100ºC fluid heat medium, such as saturated steam vapor or heat transfer oil.

The integrated effect of mechanical separation of suspension and thermal drying separation can be realized on the unit equipment, and the drying separation effect can be achieved at one time.
LOW CARBON AND ENERGY SAVING
The liquid is taken off in a non-vaporizing way, and the heat energy required is only to provide auxiliary power for strengthening the non-vaporizing way of separating the liquid, which is far lower than the heat energy consumed by thermal drying and vaporizing all the separated liquids, and the whole system adopts thermal energy management, which saves energy by more than 60% compared with the same period of the previous year.
HIGH-EFFICIENCY SEPARATION
Controlling the vacuum and negative pressure conditions in the hot pressure chamber reduces the capillary liquid vaporization temperature, shortens the drying time and improves the separa- tion efficiency.
Working principle
The principle of hot pressure drying is based on the natural phenomenon that one end of the wet wood burning is heated, and the other end has liquid oozing out, and the filter cake materials formed by mechanical separation are placed in the closed hot pressure drying chamber , and the upper part of the chamber drying plate with serpentine labyrinth of apertures passes through the fluid heat medium (e.g, saturated steam or heat-conducting oil) will be heated up the drying plate, and the moisture in capillary tube of the materials close to the drying plate will be heated up by the vaporization and expansion, and drive the lower end of the capillary liquid to the liquid phase non-vaporization way down out of the material surface.In addition,control the vacuum negative pressure in the hot pressure drying room to reduce the vaporization temperature of the liquid contained in the material.
Hot press dryer is the core equipment to realize the solid-liquid separation technology of hot press drying.A pair of drying plate and hot press filter plate are designed as a working module, the drying plate is a corrosion-resis- tant metal filter plate with labyrinthine fluid heat medium aperture inside, and the hot press filter plate is a heat-resis- tant diaphragm filter plate manufactured according to the German standard (DIN7129-1980zh), and each machine can be matched with a number of hot press drying modules placed on top of the frame according to the production capacity, so as to realize the efficiency of solid-liquid separation by hot press drying.
