The PCX series high-efficiency fine crusher is a revolutionary fine crushing equipment that provides efficient solutions for crushing medium to low abrasive materials, thanks to its multiple core technological advantages.
Equipped with a multi-chamber combined crushing chamber and a new convenient dual adjustment mechanism, the equipment precisely controls the output particle size, achieving a finished product ratio of over 85% with a particle size of ≤3mm. The finished product has a uniform and fine particle size, fully meeting the needs of refined production.
The user-friendly maintenance design makes the disassembly and replacement of hammer heads and screen plates more convenient, significantly shortening downtime and improving equipment operating efficiency. The core wear parts are made of new high-quality multi-element high-alloy wear-resistant materials, possessing both superior wear resistance and impact resistance, effectively extending the service life of wear parts and reducing subsequent maintenance costs.
The equipment operates smoothly and quietly throughout the entire process, with low dust emissions and significantly lower power consumption than similar equipment.
The applicable scope is specifically for crushing medium abrasive materials with a compressive strength of ≤150MPa and a surface moisture content of ≤10%. The recommended feed particle size is 20–50mm; if the feed particle size exceeds this range, please contact our engineering and technical department, and we will match you with the appropriate hammer head material and structure.
 

Working Principle:
When the material enters the machine, it is immediately struck by the high-speed counter-clockwise rotating hammer heads, and large pieces of material are instantly crushed. The crushed material then impacts the upper impact plate at high speed, completing secondary crushing; the rebounded material then collides violently with the subsequent feed, achieving a third crushing.
The material processed in the first crushing chamber enters the second crushing chamber to repeat the impact crushing process. Finally, through the filtration and friction grinding of the discharge grate, qualified fine materials are discharged from the grate gaps, while unqualified coarse materials are returned to the first crushing chamber for further crushing.
A dense suspended material layer is formed in the crushing chamber. Subsequent feed enters the material layer like high-speed projectiles, and the materials in the chamber collide with each other at high speed, forming a "stone-on-stone" cleavage crushing effect. At the same time, the fine particles undergo intense friction and grinding, further refining the particle size. Thanks to this principle, 70%–80% of the crushing work is achieved through the mutual impact of the materials, and the wear load on the hammer heads and liners is only 20%–30% of that of conventional crushers. This converts the ineffective energy consumption traditionally wasted on wear and tear of vulnerable parts into effective work for crushing materials, ultimately achieving significant advantages such as low power consumption, high wear resistance, and a large crushing ratio.
