Scope of Application
This series of vibrating screens is widely used in coal, metallurgical mining, power generation, light industry, sugar refining, and other industries. It can perform dewatering, desliming, and screening operations for various materials, and simultaneously meet the grading and screening needs of both dry and wet materials. Its core advantages include large processing capacity and high screening efficiency.
Working Principle
Screening Principle: Under the action of excitation force, the material on the screen surface is driven to perform continuous upward and forward motion. During the throwing process, the material naturally loosens. When the material collides with the screen surface, particles with a size equal to or smaller than the screen mesh pass through the screen, thus completing the dewatering, desliming, or grading and screening of the material.
Self-Synchronous Operation Principle: The vibrator of the Type B vibrating screen has no forced linkage design, and there is no need for gear transmission between the two shafts. To ensure that the screen body vibrates along a linear trajectory, the two shafts must maintain strict synchronous, in-phase, and opposite-direction operation. This motion state can be naturally achieved in the vibration system of the dual-shaft screen without additional control.
Damper Vibration Stabilization Principle: The damping vibrators are assembled according to the calibrated layout. During normal operation and conventional shutdown, the rubber blocks do not contact the pre-reserved holes in the base. By applying symmetrical pressure to the screen box, the position of the screen box is effectively fixed, eliminating lateral vibration and torsional oscillation, ensuring stable operation of the equipment.
When resonance occurs during equipment shutdown, the screen box amplitude exceeds the gap between the rubber block and the base hole. At this time, the vibration needs to overcome the dynamic friction force between the rubber block and the screen box; by using friction damping to consume part of the kinetic energy generated by resonance, the resonance amplitude can be controlled within three times the working amplitude, preventing equipment damage. The damping force can be flexibly adjusted through adjusting screws to adapt to different working conditions.
