PCX Series High-Efficiency Fine Crusher With Multi-Chamber Crushing Structure
The PCX series high-efficiency fine crusher, incorporating advanced German technology, is an optimized design and structural upgrade. The equipment employs a rational multi-chamber crushing combination with a convenient dual-adjustment mechanism, ensuring that over 85% of the output material has a particle size ≤3mm, resulting in a uniform and fine product. Equipped with convenient maintenance devices, it significantly simplifies the replacement process of hammers and screen plates, improving operational efficiency. Wear parts are made of new, high-quality multi-element high-alloy wear-resistant materials, giving the hammers and liners excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, extending the equipment's service life. This series of crushers operates smoothly and boasts advantages such as low dust and low power consumption, offering superior performance and cost-effectiveness compared to conventional crushers.
Application Scope
This equipment is suitable for materials with compressive strength ≤150MPa and surface moisture ≤10% of moderate abrasiveness. The ideal feed particle size is 20-50mm. Working Principle of a High-Efficiency Fine Crusher
After entering the machine, the material collides head-on with the high-speed counter-clockwise rotating hammers, instantly crushing large pieces. The crushed material then rushes towards the impact plate at high speed, undergoing secondary collision crushing. The rebounding material then collides with subsequent incoming material, further refining it. After being crushed in the first crushing chamber, the material enters the second crushing chamber for a repeated crushing process. Finally, it is filtered and crushed by friction through the discharge grate. Material meeting the discharge requirements is discharged through the grate openings, while coarser material that does not meet the standards is returned to the first crushing chamber for re-crushing.
A dense layer of material is always suspended within the crushing chamber. Subsequent incoming material enters the material layer like "bullets," creating a "battlefield" effect of mutual impact, achieving highly efficient cleavage crushing. Fine particles undergo further intense grinding after impact, producing a large amount of fine powder. Finally, the qualified fine powder is discharged through the grate openings. This equipment utilizes the "stone-on-stone" crushing principle, where 70%–80% of the crushing action is achieved through material impact. This reduces the wear load on the hammers and liners to only 20%–30% of that in conventional crushers. It converts the energy consumed in traditional equipment for wearing parts into effective energy consumption for crushing materials, significantly reducing power consumption, extending the life of wear parts, and increasing the crushing ratio compared to conventional crushers.
High-Efficiency Fine Crusher Structural Features
- A three-chamber curved crushing chamber design increases the number of material impacts, reduces hard compression and friction wear, effectively reduces hammer wear, and improves crushing efficiency.
- The gap between the impact plate and the hammers is flexibly adjustable, allowing precise control of the output particle size to meet different production needs.
- Equipped with a deflectable structure, it effectively buffers impacts when encountering hard materials, preventing hammer breakage and improving equipment operational stability.
- An optional hydraulic system can be added to the cover opening device, greatly simplifying the equipment maintenance process, reducing the labor intensity of maintenance personnel, and improving maintenance convenience.
- The gaps between the left liner (adjustment mechanism side), grate and hammer are all adjustable. When the discharge particle size exceeds
the specified value, it can be adjusted inward in various ways to ensure that the product particle size meets the standard.
