One-stop service is available from blank casting/forging, rough machining, finish machining to finished product inspection. We support two cooperation modes: blank OEM processing and finished precision machining. We can process ultra-long and ultra-wide heavy structural parts, and have mature experience in large workpiece welding, stress relief treatment and precision machining. We strictly control dimensional tolerances and geometric accuracy to ensure assembly matching. Workshop real shots: Machining stations of large machine tools, semi-finished castings & forgings, gear shafts, bearing seats and other processing scenes.
